Turn market opportunities into measurable growth You are a marketer who quickly identifies opportunities and considers how to generate demand. You ask: Who are the customers? What’s the message? Which channels are most effective? How do we convert engagement into leads and opportunities? We are looking for a Growth Marketer who thrives on answering these questions and delivering measurable results. Working closely with Sales and technical experts, you’ll turn market opportunities into campaigns that reach new audiences, create demand and generate commercial opportunities. You will develop compelling propositions and then roll up your sleeves to bring them to life by creating the content, assets and journeys needed to move prospects from engagement to conversion. This is a role for someone who enjoys building and doing. You will have the autonomy to test ideas, move quickly and take ownership, while being responsible for delivery. Working within a lean team, you should be comfortable creating most of the campaign collateral yourself rather than relying on specialist resources for every deliverable. Success is measured by the engagement, opportunities and growth generated by your campaigns. This is a broad role. One day you might be developing a campaign around cybersecurity; the next, writing the landing page and emails, creating webinar or sales assets, building the nurture journey in HubSpot, or using AI to improve the speed and performance of your work. You’ll join an ambitious team where ideas move quickly, and marketing is expected to make a real commercial difference. If you enjoy both strategy and execution and want to see the direct impact of your work, this is your opportunity. What you’ll do: Own and deliver growth campaigns across NMi’s priority markets, from concept through execution and optimisation Translate customer needs and technical expertise into compelling propositions, messaging and campaigns Create the content and collateral needed to drive conversion, including landing pages, emails, articles, webinar assets and sales materials Build and manage multi-channel campaigns, nurture journeys and marketing automation in HubSpot Coordinate NMi-hosted and third-party events, including webinars, conferences and exhibitions, from planning and promotion through to lead follow-up Work closely with Sales and technical experts to turn engagement into qualified leads and commercial opportunities Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI, using data and insights to continuously improve results Apply market, customer and competitor insights to strengthen campaigns and identify new opportunities Use AI and automation to accelerate research, content creation, campaign delivery and optimisation What you’ll get The opportunity to play a key role in accelerating growth across NMi’s priority markets A visible role with direct impact on demand generation, pipeline and commercial results The freedom to take ownership and bring ideas to life The opportunity to build, launch, test and optimise campaigns from end-to-end An international working environment with colleagues and clients worldwide A competitive salary based on your experience A 13th month salary (paid monthly), holiday allowance, and profit sharing 30 days of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell additional days Hybrid working options A solid pension scheme Travel reimbursement, home office allowance, and collective health insurance Access to sports benefits What you bring: HBO degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field 5+ years of experience in B2B, growth or demand generation marketing Experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to create effective campaign assets independently Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform A commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing contributes to leads, pipeline and growth Confidence using AI tools to support content creation and campaign execution A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take campaigns from idea through to launch and optimisation Strong written and spoken English Dutch language skills and experience in a technical B2B environment are an advantage About NMi NMi Group provides Advisory, Testing, Inspection, Certification and Calibration (ATICC) services that help organisations bring products, systems and facilities to market and maintain confidence throughout their lifecycle.
