Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Permitted (www.permitted.nl). By using the site you accept them.
What Permitted is
Permitted lists vacancies at employers on the public register of recognised sponsors of the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), and compares the advertised pay with the IND salary thresholds for highly skilled migrants. It is free for job seekers. Permitted is in beta: features change and things may break.
What Permitted is not
- Permitted is not the IND, and has no link with it.
- Permitted is not a recruitment agency and not a law firm. Nothing on the site is legal or immigration advice.
- A recognised sponsor can apply for your permit, but each employer decides per role whether it will. A "Clears" stamp means the advertised pay clears the threshold; it is not a promise that you will get the job or the permit. Always confirm sponsorship and pay with the employer.
Job ads
Job ads come from employers' own public career pages and belong to them. We check them automatically and remove them when they close, but an ad can be out of date or contain errors. Use the "They told me they don't sponsor" button or the feedback form to tell us.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account at any time on your account page. We may close accounts that misuse the service.
Fair use
Do not copy the job list in bulk, scrape the site, or use it to build a competing database. Do not submit false reports about employers.
Liability
Permitted is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on information on the site, including resigning from a job, relocating, or applying for a permit.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.
Who we are
Permitted is in beta. The full company details of the operator will be published here before the public launch.
