GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
To take a leadership role in proactively developing and winning new business for Manhattan Associates primarily in Scandinavia. This is a stand-alone role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of Manhattan sales plan.
What is exciting about this role is the responsibility of selling into Scandinavia largest retail, wholesale and Industry accounts the best WMS/TMS/OMS solutions on the market, uniquely positioned as leaders in the Gartner Magic quadrant and Forrester wave, uniquely all cloud native, version less, extensible. These solutions are already used and deployed by leading Swedish, Danish and Norwegian companies, in their home market and globally.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for the full sales cycle including; opportunity qualification, co-ordination and management of all resources required to sell, corporate sales methodology and processes, the decision–making process, contract negotiation and sales closure
Fantastic potential for a strategic sales leader who will enjoy the support of local expert , experienced solution consultants and professional services teams to sell as a team.
Building and managing strong relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts within the business
Developing a deep knowledge of potential prospect’s businesses (including economic drivers, opportunities and priorities) in order to articulate the value proposition of Manhattan products and services
